FHLI Seeks Vice President of Programs

The Foundation for Health Leadership and Innovation (FHLI) is seeking a highly-motivated, experienced leader to join our staff as Vice President of Programs. This is a newly -created, full-time position that will report to and work closely with FHLI’s CEO/President. FHLI is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization from which programs and partnerships grow to achieve our mission of improving health of the whole-person and the whole community. Through our programs and partnerships, we build leadership, shape practice, affect policy, and drive innovation.

The Vice President of Programs will be responsible for developing new program opportunities as well as guiding and supporting the work of the directors and managers of existing programs. The ideal candidate is well organized, knowledgable in evidence-based program management approaches and strategies, has the ability to build relationships to achieve long-term goals, and is an outstanding communicator.
