FHLI Seeks Vendor for Statewide Resource Platform
The Foundation for Health Leadership & Innovation (FHLI) is now soliciting vendors to build and operate the North Carolina Statewide Resource Platform- a person-centered IT platform that will make it easier for providers, insurers and community-based organizations to connect people with the resources they need to be healthy. Once deployed, the NC Resource Platform will be a robust statewide resource database with a call center, as well as a referral platform for clinicians, social workers, care coordinators, and others to connect directly to resources in their communities and track connections and outcomes. The platform has the potential to touch the lives and improve the health of all North Carolinians, including the commercially insured, Medicare, Medicaid, uninsured, military and veteran populations.
