Brushing is Fun
NC DHHS – Oral Health Section
The Brushing Is Fun project is funded by The Duke Endowment and operated by the NC Oral Health Section of the NC Division of Public Health and the UNC Schools of Dentistry and Public Health.
The Brushing is Fun project aims to prevent and reduce the most common chronic childhood disease in our youngest children, early childhood caries, which makes eating, talking, learning, and sleeping difficult. Brushing is Fun develops oral health resources and guidelines, and distributes the materials to caregivers, WIC staff, home visiting staff, healthcare providers, and parents.
