The Catalyst for Healthy Eating and Active Living (Catalyst) program recently announced that our work will draw to a close at the end of this year. Reflecting on our past six years of work alongside rural communities in NC, we have cause to celebrate many accomplishments and lessons learned.
Each week in November, we will share reflections and lessons from the Catalyst in a blog series through our organization, the Foundation for Health Leadership & Innovation.
Why should you tune in? Here are a few of the nuggets we’ll be sharing:
- The art of catalyzing community change
- Ways to build a community-centric model for health improvement
- Practical steps to deepen your work toward health equity
We hope you’ll enjoy the series. Thanks for all you do as catalysts for healthy, equitable, and vibrant communities.
The Catalyst is a program of the Foundation for Health Leadership & Innovation in partnership with the NC Division of Public Health’s Community and Clinical Connections for Prevention and Health Branch with funding from the Kate B. Reynolds Charitable Trust.
