Foundation Project Seeks A Data Collection Vendor

The Foundation for Health Leadership & Innovation (FHLI) in partnership with the Brody School of Medicine’s Office of Health Access at East Carolina University is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced vendors to support the data collection process of its Eastern North Carolina Regional Community Health Needs Assessment Project.
